REFUND POLICY

Any fees paid will be reimbursed according to the following table, regardless of attendance and use.

Fee	Course withdrawal application submitted	Amount of the fee reimbursed
1. Course fee	0 – 1 week after payment	50%
2. Other one-time fees		NIL
Advance tuition fee payments	Not Applicable	Reimbursed in full after deducting for installments up to the time when the withdrawal application was submitted.

Students wishing for a reimbursement first submit (1) a course withdrawal form and, (2) a refund form to the office.
Any refunds will take a minimum of 30 days to process.
