Refund Policy

Any fees paid will be reimbursed according to the following table, regardless of attendance and use.

Fee	Course withdrawal application submitted	Amount of the fee reimbursed
Course fee	0 – 1 week after the course start date.	50%
Other one-time fees		NIL
Advance tuition fee payments	Not Applicable	Reimbursed in full after deducting for installments up to the time when the withdrawal application was submitted.

• Students wishing for a reimbursement first submit (1) a course withdrawal form and, (2) a refund form to the office.
• Any refunds will take a minimum of 30 days to process.
